my essential grocery list

Many of us are probably finding ourselves in the grocery store more frequently given everything going on. I know the options can be limited, but I wanted to share my go-to grocery list! I use this each week, and before you get stressed thinking how extensive this list is, I do not buy all of this each week. I usually pick one type of bread product, a few types of vegetables and fruits, some proteins, and any snacks/pantry items. I use this as a list with options, not a strict guideline. I typically try to plan most meals before heading to the store as well I incorporate those ideas with this list to head to the store with a plan!

It makes the grocery store less stressful. If you know me, you know I love grocery shopping anyway, but I think having a solid plan and list makes it better for everyone. So use this list. Pick a few options from each category, brainstorm some meal ideas with leftovers in mind, and have fun!

Don’t forget to add anything else you want! Add some fun foods such as drinks, dips, and other snacks YOU enjoy! If there’s a new recipe you’ve been wanting to try, grab the ingredients you need.
